Over 8 years progressing from Pre-Sales Engineer to Director of Pre-Sales APAC, leading pre-sales across the region for a market-leading 5G digital commerce and real-time charging platform. Worked with major operators on monetisation strategy, BSS transformation and solution architecture.
Led technical pre-sales, product deployment and post-sale consultation for mobile operator clients. Responsibilities spanned sales qualification, technical scoping, business proposals, product workshops and executive-level reporting.
Technical oversight and execution of telco analytics application deliveries across Asia-Pacific. Supported the sales process with technical delivery estimates and led integration work between The Now Factory products and IBM Analytics. The Now Factory was acquired by IBM during this period.
